Return Policy

We have been in the truck accessory business since 2019 and you can feel comfortable shopping with Marc Evans Truck’s Radco.com. We honor the manufacturer’s warranties and will help assist you in purchasing the right product.   All returns must be received by Marc Evans Truck within 30 days of receiving your order, and a copy of your receipt must be included with the return.  You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to the Marc Evans Truck address below, and you bear all risk of loss of the product when you send it to Marc Evans Truck.  Marc Evans Truck has no obligation to accept products that have been damaged or misused. Once a product is accepted by Marc Evans Truck for return, you will receive an electronic refund, delivered via email, for the amount of the purchase price you paid for the product less any restocking fees.  

• The original marcevanstruck.store receipt is required for all returns, exchanges and warranty repair services.
• Returns or Exchanges are accepted with-in 30 days of order receipt.
• The product must be in the original packaging and in new condition.
• Return Shipping Charges must be paid by the customer, unless marcevanstruck.store is at fault.
• All special orders, Installed items and/or painted items are not returnable.
• No refunds allowed on labor charges, freight charges, lost time or mileage.
• 15% restocking charge may apply on items we accept for return.
• We recommend you obtain shipping insurance that covers the full price of item(s) being returned.Submit Your Return

Submit Return Request

1. Click the “Start Return” button below to begin the return process for your order. You’ll need your order number and billing email.
2. Receive Return Authorization. We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) along with a return shipping label to get the product back to us.
3. Pack It Up & Ship It Back Pack the product in its original packaging. Include all items and note any missing parts.
4. Receive Refund or New Item Once the product is received by the carrier, we’ll issue your refund or ship the new item.
